Delivery & Usage
Usage Rights
Bailey Cowan Heckaman PLLC receives full usage rights to the final delivered videos for business purposes across all channels including website, YouTube, social media, public relations, and paid advertising.
Raw footage and project files are not included. Deliverables optimized for website and YouTube in 16:9 unless otherwise requested.
Releases & Compliance
- •Basic release form provided prior to filming (or substitute your preferred release)
- •Ethics or advertising disclaimers confirmed and implemented as requested
- •Client responsible for approving all factual claims prior to final delivery
